Product description

Redispersible latex powder products are water-soluble redispersible powders, including copolymers of ethylene/vinyl acetate, vinyl acetate/tert-butyl acrylate copolymers, acrylic copolymers, etc. The powder adhesive is made by spray drying, using polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid. This powder can quickly redisperse into an emulsion upon contact with water. Due to the high bonding strength and unique properties of redispersible latex powder, such as water resistance, workability, and thermal insulation, their applications are extremely wide-ranging.

Performance Characteristics

It has outstanding bonding strength, improves the flexibility of mortar, and provides a longer open time. It endows mortar with excellent alkali resistance, improves adhesion, bonding strength, flexural strength, waterproofing, plasticity, wear resistance, and workability. Additionally, in flexible crack-resistant mortar, it offers strong flexibility.

Packaging and Storage

Must be stored in a cool, dry place. The recommended usage period is six months. During summer, it is advised to use it as early as possible. Storing in high temperature and humid places increases the chance of caking. After opening the bag, try to use it all at once; otherwise, seal the bag tightly to prevent moisture absorption from the air.

International standard paper-plastic composite square bottom valve bags, 20–25 kg per bag.
